Outside our office, I’m passionate about our local community, including 10 years serving as an attorney advisor for New York’s statewide high school mock trial tournament, as well as Commissioner of WNY’s 16-team Lawyers’ Softball League. I also oversee our Firm’s Summer Associate Program, where we hire between five to seven law students every year and train them to become full-fledged attorneys.

Advance Servicing Inc. entered into a contract dated January 6, 2026, and Los Alvarez Construction Service Corp sold its future receipts to Advance Servicing Inc. with a total value of $22,050.00 (receivables) for the purchase price of $15,000.00. However, Los Alvarez Construction Service Corp did not deliver the receivables and defaulted under the contract on February 6, 2026, after an ACH remittance was returned for insufficient funds. Because Yordys Jahaziel Alvarez Rodriguez personally guaranteed this contract and now seeks approximately 25,580.00, plus interest and attorney fees.
If no response or appearance is filed within the court’s deadlines, a default judgment could be entered, potentially leading to frozen accounts or seizure of assets.
