Migir Ilganayev founded ILGANAYEV LAW FIRM, PLLC in 2017. Since then, he and his firm have represented small businesses and business owners in disputes with merchant cash advance (MCA) funders and commercial lenders, including litigation involving MCA agreements, confessions of judgment, personal guarantees, bank account restraints, and collection proceedings.
Prior to establishing his firm, Mr. Ilganayev gained valuable experience working alongside prominent and seasoned attorneys throughout New York State and interning for New York State Supreme Court judges, including the Honorable Martin M. Solomon in Kings County.
Mr. Ilganayev earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2015, following a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy of Law from Brooklyn College, City University of New York.
He received a Public Service Certificate for pro bono work through Volunteers of Legal Service and Reality House, Inc. Mr. Ilganayev was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 2016, New York in 2017, and Florida in 2023, and has appeared in both state and federal courts.
