Where the work happens
MCA cases are filed across New York, and the venue is often set by the agreement rather than by where the business operates. The firm’s office is at 139 Fulton Street, Suite 801, New York, NY 10038. What that work looks like once a funder has filed is set out under MCA lawsuit defense.
Speak to the attorney handling the case.
Call the firm and describe what arrived and when. If a judgment already exists, bring the county and index number.
